Domestic Periodic Testing Services

Here at Hallgate Lincs we carry out Fixed Installation and Periodic Testing. This is the inspection and testing of the fixed electrical systems (electrical sub circuits) within a property.This electrical survey is carried out to ascertain the condition of the fixed electrical installation and also to check if and where the electrical installation does not meet current electrical legislation, as IEE regulations are continually developing and changing.

Inspection and testing is not only a requirement of BS7671 (17th Edition wiring regulations) before any new installations are put into service, but also necessary to ensure that existing installations are safe to continue to use. As a leading electrical contractor we make it our responsibility to make safe any dangerous electrical works discovered.

Repairs

We also offer a full remedial works quotation for all defaults that are discovered during the periodic inspection and test.

We can provide an on the spot repair service, or a planned electrical maintenance package which would see the upgrading of your electrical system carried out over a period of time to suit.
